Cripple Creek Day Hike
| This was a short day hike that I took some of the family out on. This is a perfect hike for children as the terrain isn't to rough. This an easy hike, not too long and has a gentle slope to it. At the end of the trail there is a very small waterfall. To get here, go west on highway 24, south on highway 67 towards Cripple Creek. There is an old tunnel that is blocked, this is the orginal one way tunnel that highway 67 went through. There is a turn off and parking at the tunnel. The trailhead is to the right of the tunnel. |
